Our team of beauty artists are detail oriented creating a unique experience for each and every one of our clients. Focusing on the small details such as florals, color schemes, dress style in order to design the perfect makeup look for our brides.

By offering a bridal preview for our bridal clients, we are able to give you an enriched makeup experience both before and on your wedding day. This helps our professional makeup artists fine tune final looks.

  • A bridal preview, or trial, appointment is anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours in duration, if you are only receiving one service. However, if your trial appointment includes both hair and makeup services, you can expect about 2.5 hours for appointment length. It is always wise to factor in any commute time as well when planning for your bridal preview appointment.

  • Our team designs a makeup and/or hair look incorporating many details. These details include features of your wedding such as florals, dress style, color scheme, bridesmaids dresses, decorative style, etc. It is a good idea to bring any notes, picture, or create a Pinterest board for your wedding incorporating these elements. Ensure you come to the appointment with somewhat of an idea of the makeup look you’d like to ideally have for the wedding day, again pictures for inspiration can be helpful.

  • YES, PLEASE. Skincare and SPF as you do, and if you aren’t cleansing, moisturizing, and applying SPF every day, consider this your sign!! The makeup is only as good as the skincare, so continue caring for your face as you normally do. It is encouraged!

  • It is preferred that the face is clear of any cosmetics, or makeup. This can ensure an efficient and effective beauty appointment. However, if you are coming from work, or another event where you decided to put on makeup, no worries. Just prepare that the appointment will take longer as the artist will have to perform removal techniques in addition to the makeup application.

  • Unfortunately, no. Our team has a wonderful and long roster for beauty services. To ensure we all are making the best use of our time, it is required that you book before scheduling a trial appointment,

  • Our artists are prepared with a professional grade luxury cosmetics kit hand selected by Sweet Face owner and founder, Molly Waite. While it may seem helpful to bring your own products, expect to just bring yourself and let the professionals handle the rest!

  • A bridal preview appointment should be schedule anywhere from 1 to 3 months prior to your wedding.

  • A bridal preview appointment is $250 per appointment service, while this pricing is included in your initital proposal, payment is due at the time of the appointment.

  • It is important to keep in mind that you must arrive to your trial with completely dry and clean hair. Despite myths that styling can be easier on dirty hair, we ask that you wash the night before to ensure we can work with your hair to the best of our ability.
