Bridal Boudoir

In the last six months, I was privileged to be the professional makeup artist on hand for not one, but two different bridal boudoir shoots. I co-hosted these photoshoots with a friend of mine, Renee, the photographer and owner of mirror image photography in VT, and they were everything but awkward and boring! Sharing this experience with others, many often give an apprehensive response to such a photoshoot. I mean you’re practically naked, around a bunch of stranger, and it’s no surprise that we all are self conscious of our own bodies.

But that’s exactly why you should schedule a boudoir photoshoot!!!!

While we say these are bridal boudoir photoshoots, they truly are for the bride, and not the future hubby… why? Because you just feel so darn good after. I witnessed it in every single one of my clients.

They start in my makeup chair, nervous, clammy, and regretting even signing up for such a taboo thing, yet they end up walking around like the queen they are by the end of their session. OF course, our crew is made of hype women, but who better to help you through the experience of boudoir? it can be uncomfortable, and it often starts that way, but not a single soul has regretted it yet!
